We are seeking highly motivated and sales-oriented individuals to join our team as Financial Sales Representatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for educating and offering financial products to consumers in-store, while driving sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client's product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate customers on the features and benefits of our client's credit cards
  • Drive sales and increase brand awareness through effective customer engagement
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all customers
  • Develop creative approaches to engage customers and share the benefits of our client's product
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel
  • Maintain confidentiality when working with customer information

Requirements:

  • Outgoing and personable, with a passion for interacting with people
  • Customer service or sales experience is an asset
  • Comfortable delivering key messages and communicating effectively
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable completing a criminal background check
