Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at the Eldorado Resort. As a key member of the kitchen brigade, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food service operations and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with your team to execute daily production tasks according to established recipes and menu specifications, maintaining consistent quality and presentation.
  • Supervise and mentor junior culinary staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their development and adherence to operational standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to strict food safety protocols and hygiene practices.
  • Proactively communicate with the Executive Chef and other kitchen personnel to ensure seamless workflow and address any challenges or concerns.
  • Contribute to menu development and recipe refinement, sharing your culinary expertise and creative ideas.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a professional kitchen environment, preferably in a fast-paced fine dining setting.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
  • Valid Food Handler's Certification.
