Key Responsibilities- Process payables transactions in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Prepare cheques and EFT payments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Provide administrative support, including occasional reception coverage.
- Reconcile credit card statements and generate ad hoc reports as needed.
- Support relevant department and division projects.
- Cultivate a positive and harmonious work environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software as needed.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is an asset.
