Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Truck Drivers: Oversee the daily activities of our truck drivers, ensuring they are aware of their schedules, routes, and delivery deadlines.
  • Monitor and Improve Operations: Identify areas for improvement in our operations and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure Compliance: Verify that all drivers are in compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety protocols.
  • Train and Develop Drivers: Provide training and coaching to drivers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage Dispatch and Scheduling: Coordinate with dispatchers to ensure accurate scheduling and routing of drivers.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Keep accurate records of driver performance, vehicle maintenance, and other relevant data.
Requirements
  • Class 1/1F/A Licence (Semi Trailer Trucks): Possess a valid Class 1/1F/A licence for semi-trailer trucks.
  • MS Office: Proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel and Word.
  • Trucking Industry Experience: Minimum 1 to less than 7 months of experience in the trucking industry.
  • Steel-toed Safety Boots and Hard Hat: Possess steel-toed safety boots and a hard hat.
