Job Title: Truck Drivers Supervisor

Shiva Transport Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of truck drivers and ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of truck drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of driver hours, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance
  • Coordinate with dispatchers to optimize routes and schedules
  • Conduct regular safety inspections of vehicles and equipment
  • Develop and implement training programs for drivers to improve their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory role in the transportation industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety protocols
