Job Title: Truck Drivers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Shiva Transport Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Truck Drivers Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of truck drivers, ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of goods, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of truck drivers to ensure they are following company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections of vehicles and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Monitor and report on driver performance, including hours of service, fuel efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve driver skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the transportation industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
