Job Title: Truck Drivers Supervisor

Fantastic Transport Inc. is seeking a skilled Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our truck drivers and ensuring the smooth delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recommend measures to improve work methods and increase productivity
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to drivers
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion
  • Train or arrange for training to enhance driver skills
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times
  • Coordinate repairs and rentals of company vehicles
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • Business administration, management, and operations experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
