Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at HILLHOUSE CONSTRUCTION LTD. As a key member of our residential construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, including preparing production reports and requisitioning materials and equipment.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise workers and projects, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed and methods are established to meet work schedules.
  • Training and Development: Train or arrange for training to ensure team members have the necessary skills to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Equipment Setup: Set up equipment and ensure it is functioning properly.
  • Quality Control: Read blueprints and drawings to ensure projects meet quality standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
