Key Responsibilities
  • Site Management: Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with our company's safety policies and procedures.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of our construction team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and arrange for training or coaching to ensure that team members have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced to prevent downtime and ensure efficient operation.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the work environment is safe and healthy for all employees.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on project progress, including any issues or concerns that may impact the project timeline or budget.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
