Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at HILLHOUSE CONSTRUCTION LTD. As a key member of our residential construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train construction workers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure all site personnel are aware of and comply with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Materials Management: Requisition and manage materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
