About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at HILLHOUSE CONSTRUCTION LTD. As a key member of our residential construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Management: Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with our company's safety policies and procedures.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the work of our construction team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and arrange for training or coaching to ensure that team members have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Equipment and Materials: Ensure that all equipment and materials are properly maintained and that necessary supplies are ordered in a timely manner.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that a safe working environment is maintained.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
