Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Services: Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, including dusting, vacuuming, and restocking supplies.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Hotel, motel, resort.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling.
