Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Project Manager Job Overview Reporting to the Director of Business Development, the Project Manager will oversee all facets of the project, including acquiring quotes from subcontractors, managing budgets, final repair estimates, securing building permits, coordinating construction timelines, and handling emergency situations. The Project Manager will collaborate with in-house technicians and external subcontractors to ensure that project restoration is carried out efficiently and promptly while upholding the integrity of estimates and Client Service Level Agreements. Estimates will be coordinated through the designated Estimator. The Project Manager will work closely with the organization to ensure that project feasibility and costs align with company objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Visit various sites to prepare detailed scopes and estimates for both insurance and non-insurance projects Respond promptly to emergency claims for losses and assess the cause of these losses Conduct thorough research to understand the requirements for restoration projects and execute work according to the Service Level Agreement Confirm deductibles with clients and secure payment before commencing repairs Manage all project components while ensuring customer satisfaction through timely restoration processes Monitor and coordinate project activities with insured individuals, clients, subcontractors, and other consultants Oversee daily activities of all project staff, construction trades, and subcontractors, utilizing corrective actions to keep projects on schedule and within target gross margins Assist in resolving change requests, unforeseen incidents, additional work, and other issues Continuously monitor progress and costs on jobs, providing regular updates to clients Review construction plans for compliance with applicable codes, permit issuance, and regulations governing specific types of work, such as plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and structural Conduct periodic site inspections of projects before, during, and after restoration to ensure compliance with approved estimates Coordinate the permit process by reviewing applications and ensuring accuracy of received permits Prepare and maintain timely and accurate documentation, reports, and other materials Track and review subcontractor quotes, estimates, changes, and payment requests Establish effective communication and progress reporting processes with subcontractors and clients Ensure all compliance tasks are completed as required and that all job files are properly maintained Proactively respond to all client inquiries, concerns, or complaints and resolve issues promptly Participate in 'on-call' rotations Attend industry events as necessary Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and reporting requirements Maintain professional conduct and appearance in all client-facing activities Uphold high standards of workmanship and efficiency Foster positive relationships with clients whenever possible Deliver exceptional service that exceeds client expectations Conduct all work in accordance with company safety policies Adhere to all company workplace policies Attend training courses and seminars as required by management Obtain necessary certifications as mandated by management Perform additional duties as required Educational Requirements High School Diploma IICRC Certification The role involves a mix of site and office environments. Occasional handling of tools and heavy equipment may be required. Working outside of regular hours may be necessary to address emergencies and/or fulfill on-call shifts. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Compensation: $60,000-$70,000 per year plus commission.
