Job Title: Executive Chef - Ethnic Cuisine

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team in preparing and serving high-quality ethnic cuisine. The successful candidate will have a strong background in international cooking and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase a range of ethnic cuisines
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service
  • Source high-quality ingredients and manage kitchen inventory
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior kitchen role
  • Strong knowledge of international cuisine and cooking techniques
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Relocation costs covered by employer
