Job Title: Equipment Rental Specialist

At Sunbelt Rentals, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Equipment Rental Specialist to join our team. As an Equipment Rental Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our customers with rentals of all types of construction and industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine customer equipment needs through questioning and qualifying
  • Negotiate price and volume of original orders
  • Place high volumes of equipment orders
  • Administer rental contracts
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Support sales and marketing efforts
  • Record details of calls and maintain lost rent logs
  • Review daily management reports and provide feedback to the Profit Center Manager
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Familiarity with various types of construction and industrial tools and equipment
  • Previous equipment rental industry experience
  • Knowledge about parts and equipment
  • Strong customer service and telephone skills
  • Solid computer and administrative skills
