We are seeking a diligent Accounting Bookkeeper to manage our financial records and ensure accuracy in our accounting processes. This role is essential for maintaining the financial health of Opaline Horizons Markham.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare payroll cheques
  • Maintain and balance various accounts using both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Prepare and maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Generate statistical, financial, and accounting reports
  • Complete tax return preparations
  • Reconcile financial accounts
