As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure the smooth operation of our financial systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- Reconcile accounts
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Post journal entries
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Working Conditions:
- Private sector
- 40 hours per week
