At Ctrl Tax, we are seeking a skilled Accounting Technician to join our team. As a Financial Record Keeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Calculating and preparing cheques for payroll
  • Calculating fixed assets and depreciation
  • Keeping financial records and establishing, maintaining, and balancing various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Posting journal entries
  • Preparing other statistical, financial, and accounting reports
  • Preparing tax returns
  • Reconciling accounts

As a Financial Data Analyst, you will work closely with our team to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions. Your expertise in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, Quick Books, and Simply Accounting will be essential in maintaining our financial systems and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
