Financial Record Keeper

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Financial Record Keeper to join our team at Broad Peak Construction Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
- Post journal entries
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
- Prepare tax returns
- Prepare trial balance of books
- Reconcile accounts
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
- Private sector work setting
- Proficiency in accounting software, database software, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office
Work Environment: This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week. The work language is English.
