Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a Part-time Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic Rehabilitation Team in the Cambridge area. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement effective care plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional assessment and treatment of patients in the community and in their homes
  • Develop and maintain effective care plans, independently or in cooperation with Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS)
  • Work with patients to set and achieve time-specific, measurable goals and outcomes
  • Provide guidance and support to Community Support Workers in the field
  • Perform other duties as required
Requirements
  • Master's Degree (or equivalent) in Occupational Therapy from a recognized university
  • Registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
  • Proven computer skills, including email, MS Word, and Outlook
  • Strong assessment skills and ability to participate in effective treatment programs
  • Reliable vehicle for regular travel
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • French language skills are an asset
