Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Lifemark is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with clients to help them achieve their goals and regain independence.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical and cognitive functioning
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' needs
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions and submit reports to stakeholders
  • Participate in case conferences and case management to ensure optimal client outcomes
Requirements:
  • Registration with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists
  • Previous experience treating clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Commitment to post-graduate professional development
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
