About the Role

This is a full-time position that involves assessing clients' physical and/or cognitive functioning within our clinic setting. You will create and implement individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning, educate clients on safe body mechanics and cognitive behavioral strategies, and support return-to-work programs.

Responsibilities
  • Assess clients' physical and/or cognitive functioning
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Educate clients on safe body mechanics and cognitive behavioral strategies
  • Support return-to-work programs
  • Utilize e-charting software to document treatment sessions
  • Participate in case conferences and case management
  • Collaborate with the inter-professional team
Requirements
  • Registration with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists
  • Previous experience treating clients with physical, neurological, and/or mental health conditions
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development
