Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

MR. SUB is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Hire and manage food service staff to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, ensuring that all customers receive an exceptional experience.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure the efficient operation of the food service department.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on food service performance.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Work Environment:

MR. SUB is a fast-paced food service establishment with a dynamic team environment. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

35-40 hours per week.
