Job Title: Human Resource ManagerAbout the Role:

Elevate RS Corp is seeking a highly skilled Human Resource Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's business objectives.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Oversee the recruitment process, including identifying staffing needs, designing job descriptions, and conducting interviews.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, including performance evaluations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HR policies.
  • Employee Development: Design and implement employee training and development programs.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Handle compensation and benefits administration.
  • HRIS and Payroll: Manage employee payroll and HRIS systems.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Manager.
  • Skills: Experience in a diverse and fast-paced work environment. Proven success in talent acquisition and retention strategies.
