Culinary Expert Wanted at EAT BKK THAI KITCHEN (Bloor)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced culinary expert to join our team at EAT BKK THAI KITCHEN (Bloor). As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Create and implement new menu items and specials that showcase our Thai cuisine expertise.
  • Chef Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to maintain the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and excellent customer experience.
Requirements
  • Culinary Expertise: Proven experience in Thai cuisine and a deep understanding of culinary techniques and ingredients.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff to achieve high standards.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage kitchen operations, inventory, and staff.
