Join Colgate-Palmolive as a Manager Analytics

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager Analytics to bridge the technical expertise of our in-house Data Science team with the operational expertise of different functions like Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance & Risk, and other frontline managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Intelligence: Develop data tools and processes to provide insightful recommendations to commercial teams via extensive analysis across Price, Promotion, Assortment, and Trade Terms.
  • Delivery of Commercial/Financial Results:
    • Data Based Decision Making: Develop and supervise KPIs that are anchored to business strategies and must-win-battles by identifying areas of improvement via extensive analysis.

  • Data Translation and Business Storytelling: Leverage advanced analytics techniques to simplify sophisticated datasets into substantial insights, crafting compelling narratives that resonate with partners at all levels of the organization.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in retail/FMCG/relevant industry, preferably in the area of Data Analytics, Data Translation, and data storytelling.
  • Strong Technical Skills: Proficient in R and Python. MS Excel, strong numerical sense, quick in extracting insights from charts; BI/programming knowledge is a plus.
