Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Restaurant P.H.R. inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of food service staff, including food preparers and counter attendants, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge in food preparation, safety, and customer service.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that food meets our high standards, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that every customer has a positive experience.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, supplies, and sales, and make recommendations for inventory control and cost reduction.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance, and maintain accurate records of staff attendance and training.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
