Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff: Lead and motivate a team of food service staff, including food preparers and counter attendants, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge in food preparation, customer service, and safety procedures.
- Manage Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards, and that all safety protocols are followed to prevent foodborne illnesses.
- Monitor Inventory and Supplies: Maintain accurate records of inventory and supplies, and ensure that orders are placed in a timely manner to avoid stockouts.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints, and work with the team to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- Prepare Reports and Records: Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback, and prepare reports to support business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Language: English
