We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Restaurant P.H.R. inc. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff: Lead and direct a team of food service staff, including food preparers and counter attendants, to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge, and to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Manage Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety, and that all food safety procedures are followed.
- Monitor and Control Inventory: Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure that all food and supplies are properly stocked and that waste is minimized.
- Address Customer Complaints: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, and work to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Keep accurate records of sales, inventory, and other relevant data to help inform business decisions and improve operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role
- Language: English
This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting and will be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
