Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Attendant to join our team at Restaurant P.H.R. inc. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Restock food and beverage supplies as needed.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms.
    • Ensure that all equipment and utensils are clean and sanitized.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
    • Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively with other staff members to ensure seamless service.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
Working Conditions

The Food Service Attendant will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is essential. The position requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 25 pounds, and frequent bending and stooping.

Language and Work Environment

The primary language spoken in the workplace is English. The work environment is fast-paced and physically demanding.
