Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Clerk to join our team at DS Tactical Supply LTD. As a Sales Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions, handle cash, credit card, and cheque payments, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Store Operations: Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), bend, crouch, kneel, and stand for long periods.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on customer service.
