Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at DS Tactical Supply LTD. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively advise customers on our products and services.
  • Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting and selling our products to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and performing data entry tasks as required.
  • Store Operations: Contribute to the overall success of the store by maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment

As a Sales Associate at DS Tactical Supply LTD., you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will be required to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and handle heavy loads on occasion.

Physical Demands
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
