We are seeking a seasoned Sales Enablement Manager to drive sales success at Quantcast. As a key member of our team, you will lead the development and implementation of sales enablement strategies, programs, and content to empower our sales team to achieve exceptional results.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver sales enablement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as win rate and time to close, working closely with sales stakeholders.
  • Engage with sales representatives to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored support and guidance.
  • Build strong relationships with sales teams to ensure seamless communication and resource allocation.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and resource alignment.
  • Develop and communicate enablement strategies and KPIs to all stakeholders.
  • Create and implement onboarding programs to equip sales reps with essential skills and knowledge.
  • Design and maintain sales playbooks that effectively position our solutions against competitors.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of training content to enhance team performance and productivity.
  • Foster collaboration between sales and marketing teams to develop impactful content and campaigns.
  • Gather feedback from the sales team to continuously enhance the enablement strategy and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze performance data to identify training needs and gaps, ensuring the sales enablement software meets sellers' needs.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience managing sales trainers in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, product marketing, or learning and development.
  • SaaS sales experience required, Ad tech, digital advertising highly desired.
  • Sales methodology experience (Challenger preferred, Sadler, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, and training.
  • Experience with content management and learning management systems.
  • Ability to build internal relationships with sales and marketing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
