Sales Enablement Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Enablement Manager to drive sales success at Quantcast. As a key member of our team, you will lead the development and implementation of sales enablement strategies, programs, and content to empower our sales team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver sales enablement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, working closely with sales to identify areas for improvement.
- Engage with sales stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges, providing tailored support and solutions.
- Build strong relationships with sales representatives to ensure reliable support and guidance.
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and resources.
- Communicate the enablement strategy and key performance indicators (KPIs) clearly to all stakeholders.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs to equip sales reps with essential skills and knowledge.
- Design and create sales playbooks that position our solutions against competitors.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of training content to enhance team performance.
- Facilitate collaboration between sales and marketing to develop impactful content.
- Gather feedback from the sales team to continuously enhance the enablement strategy.
- Analyze performance data to identify training needs and gaps.
- 5+ years of experience managing sales trainers in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, product marketing, or learning and development.
- SaaS sales experience required, Ad tech, digital advertising highly desired.
- Sales methodology experience (Challenger preferred, Sadler, etc.).
- Strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, and training.
- Experience with content management and learning management systems.
- Ability to build internal relationships with sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication skills.
