Position Overview: Retail Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join Siaana Development Inc. as a Retail Operations Supervisor. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth functioning of our retail environment.

  • Qualifications:
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delegate tasks to sales personnel effectively.
  • Authorize merchandise returns in accordance with company policy.
  • Develop and implement work schedules for staff.
  • Engage in the sale of products to customers.
  • Compile and analyze reports regarding sales performance, inventory management, and staffing issues.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
  • Oversee inventory organization and maintenance.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members.
  • Manage cash handling and financial transactions.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
