About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Riverside Town Pantry. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain our inventory, ensuring that our stock levels are optimal and that we are not overstocking or understocking.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their shopping experience.
  • Merchandising: Plan and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail management role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
