Furniture Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at JYSK Canada. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our furniture store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Merchandising and Visuals: Oversee the visual merchandising and presentation of products, ensuring a visually appealing store environment that drives sales and customer engagement.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance and store operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a furniture store environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
