About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Saiish Enterprises Inc DBA Husky. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom management.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, responding to customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Merchandising and Sales: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth and maximize revenue.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to senior management.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize payments, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail management role
  • Language: English
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
