As a key member of our project team, the Project Administrator will provide administrative support to our project management staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects.

Responsibilities:

* Assist project managers with scheduling, timekeeping, and clerical tasks
* Prepare and maintain project files, including bills of lading, vendor invoices, and time sheets
* Coordinate project personnel travel requirements
* Interact with head office accounts payable and accounts receivable departments
* Assist with purchasing and procurement
* Communicate with owners, engineers, and other project stakeholders
* Design and maintain documentation for project tracking and personnel scheduling
* Perform other administrative duties as required

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction project-based administrative role
