We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director, Mid Market to lead our Mid-Market Sales team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving significant B2B business growth across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, support, motivate, and develop a high-performance Mid-Market sales team composed of 8+ members.
  • Envision, devise, and implement a market-leading business plan that supports growth, overachievement of business goals, objectives, and financial targets.
  • Provide accurate, relevant, and timely management information on performance metrics to facilitate effective business planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Act as a strong ambassador for the LifeWorks organization and uphold the values and behaviors of a senior leader in the business and throughout the extended community.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of successful sales experience in B2B.
  • ~5+ years of experience leading high-performance sales teams.
  • ~ Developed C-suite relationships in the mid-market sector, in any region in Canada.
  • ~ Deep knowledge of the Canadian market along with developed relationships.
  • ~ A deep passion for customers, people, sales process, and success.
