Lead, Support, Motivate, and Develop

As a Director, Mid-Market Sales, you'll lead a high-performance sales team composed of 8+ members, driving significant B2B business growth year over year across Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement a market-leading business plan that supports growth, overachievement of business goals, objectives, and financial targets.
  2. Build a market-leading sales team through world-class talent management, coaching, and inspirational leadership.
  3. Provide accurate, relevant, and timely management information on performance metrics to facilitate effective business planning, forecasting, and resource allocation.
  4. Act as a strong ambassador for the LifeWorks organization, upholding the values and behaviors of a senior leader in the business and throughout the extended community.
  5. 10+ years of successful sales experience in B2B.
  6. 5+ years of experience leading high-performance sales teams.
  7. Developed C-suite relationships in the mid-market sector, in any region in Canada.
  8. Deep knowledge of the Canadian market and developed relationships.
  9. You have a deep passion for customers, people, sales process, and success.
  10. Demonstrated leadership skills with extensive experience in building and developing high-performance teams within large complex organizations.
  11. Provide strong leadership and coaching to team members, facilitate career development, and nurture a high-performance team.
  12. Strong bilingual English & French communicator able to effectively articulate the vision, goals, and strategic imperatives of the business and act as an enabler for feedback.
  13. Lead strategies, projects, or programs to success, invoking deep understanding of industry-specific solutions to create unique business value.
  14. Detailed understanding of the sales process and a proven track record of achieving sustainable, predictable, and profitable business results.
  15. Ability to create the environment for success and promote behaviors to deliver superior performance against targets.
  16. Strong use of sales tools and selling methodology to support a differentiated sales experience for customers.
  17. Forge strong relations with the national sales organization and other business units.
