We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Save-On-Foods. As a valued member of our organization, you will play a key role in delivering quality patient-centered care and contributing to the success of our pharmacy operations.
Key Responsibilities- Pharmacy Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including dispensary operations, receiving, preparation, packaging, dispensing, distribution, and storage of drugs and pharmaceuticals.
- Leadership and Management: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community partners, manage inventory, schedule and train team members, and develop and implement business growth strategies and plans.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies, including those related to pharmacy practice and drug distribution.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with regional pharmacy managers to optimize efficiencies and workflow, and maintain open communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Education and Experience: A Canadian Pharmacist license in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmacy management or as a pharmacist.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
