Job Summary

Chuck's Roadhouse Bar and Grill is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that work schedules are met and quality standards are maintained.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide guidance on culinary techniques and menu preparation.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
