About the Role:
Kativik Ilisarniliriniq, a school board offering educational services in Nunavik, is seeking a skilled Project Development Officer to join its Adult Education and Vocational Training Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs tailored to the needs of the employment network across the School Board's territory.
- Collaborate with the Coordinator of the Adult Education and Vocational Training Department to achieve program objectives.
- Organize training logistics, including venue selection and resource allocation.
- Develop budgets for training courses, ensuring effective resource management.
- Participate in educational meetings and employability sessions with community and administrative stakeholders.
- Travel frequently to Nunavik to support program delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of specialization.
- Bilingualism (French/English) with knowledge of Inuktitut an asset.
