About the Role

Rocket Immigration Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communication and Reception
    • Receive and forward telephone and electronic inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Administrative Support
    • Prepare and send invoices and bank deposits in a timely manner.
    • Provide general information to clients and the public in a clear and concise manner.
  • Office Organization and Maintenance
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and organized office.
    • Organize and schedule office work to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
  • Computer and Technology Skills
    • Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
  • Security and Safety
    • Undergo a criminal record check as a condition of employment.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Hardworking and quick to learn new skills.
    • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience and Education
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Financial and Other Benefits
