About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at SK INFOTECH. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support our business objectives.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, as well as respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decision-making.
  • Supply Chain Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure a well-stocked and efficient office environment.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Customer Service: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Document Preparation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks to support business operations.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage digital databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
