Job Title: Office Administrator

At FS Works Detailing & Auto Care, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, email management, and document preparation
* Maintain accurate records, including inventory and budgetary controls
* Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
* Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
* Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
* Plan and control budget and expenditures

Requirements:

* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Proficiency in MS Office and database software

Work Environment:

* Private sector
* Rural area
* Willing to relocate

Education:

* College/CEGEP

Computer and Technology Knowledge:

* Electronic scheduler
