Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at FS Works Detailing & Auto Care.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and deadlines are met.
  • Office Management: Carry out administrative activities, assist in budget preparation, and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Reporting and Data Entry: Assemble data, prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Supervision: Supervise 1 to 2 people.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in electronic schedulers, social media, MS Office, and database software.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.
  • Work Setting: Private sector, rural area, willing to relocate.
Personal Suitability:
  • Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, organized, ability to multitask, and time management.
