Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate with clients to secure bookings and ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Manage front desk duties, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
  • Assist guests with special needs, providing personalized support and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate events and functions, including weddings, conferences, and other special occasions.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, using fresh and locally sourced ingredients to delight our guests' palates.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the establishment, including making beds, changing sheets, and ensuring that all areas are tidy and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to relocate for this position, if required.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a Bed and Breakfast or similar establishment.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of communication.
  • Ability to work 40 to 60 hours per week, as required.
