With a profound understanding of intricate mathematical models and statistical analysis, our team is adept at evaluating and quantifying risks within the retirement sector.

Your responsibilities will include fostering robust partnerships with clients, spearheading business development initiatives, delivering high-level actuarial consulting services, and nurturing a collaborative team environment within the Defined Benefit pension sector.

Client Relationship Management:
As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients;

Business Development:

You will play a vital role in propelling business growth for Retirement Consulting by identifying new opportunities with both existing and prospective clients, positioning LifeWorks as a market leader.


Strategic Consulting:

You will provide strategic consulting services to clients by assisting them in designing and managing retirement plans, evaluating plan funding and risk, developing investment strategies, and navigating regulatory compliance requirements, offering insights and recommendations based on your comprehensive understanding of actuarial principles, financial markets, and industry trends.


Team Leadership:
You will lead team engagement by offering mentorship, guidance, and technical expertise to team members, fostering their professional growth. A minimum of 10 years of experience in pension plan consulting is required.

~ Proven leadership and mentorship skills to team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables while promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a deep understanding of mathematical models and statistical analysis.
Bilingual proficiency (English and French).
